Job Summary:

We are seeking a Civil Site Engineer/ Civil Supervisor to oversee on-site execution, structural inspections, and project coordination. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of Interior work, civil and structural engineering principles, the ability to manage site activities, and should be proficient in driving a car/bike to visit various project locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor on-site construction work to ensure adherence to structural and architectural designs.
• Conduct structural inspections, quality checks, and site audits.
• Assist in the execution of Interior finishing work, RCC and steel structure projects, including retrofitting and restoration works.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Interpret and review structural and architectural drawings, making necessary modifications when required.
• Maintain daily site reports, work progress updates, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Communicate and resolve on-site issues in coordination with the design and management teams.
• Conduct material testing, concrete cube testing, and quality assurance checks.
• Travel to different project sites as per the company’s requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years in a civil or structural consultancy (Freshers do NOT apply).
• Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of Interior Finishing , RCC and steel structures.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
• Experience with site execution, quality control, and safety standards.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials, load calculations, and IS codes.
• Software Proficiency: Basic Computer
• Other Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a bike/activa for site visits.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
