About the RoleAt Pomp & Pepper Marketing, we don’t just manage accounts; we build brands through experiential storytelling and strategic execution. We are looking for a Client Servicing Manager who thinks like an entrepreneur. You will be the bridge between our clients’ visions and our creative execution.

This isn't a "9-to-5" checklist job. It is a role for someone with clarity of thought, a hunger for learning, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced agency environment with poise and precision.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, expectations are managed, and relationships are strengthened.
  • Strategic Liaison: Translate complex client briefs into actionable internal tasks for the creative and operations teams.
  • Project Oversight: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing campaigns, ensuring everything is delivered on time, within budget, and at the Pomp & Pepper standard.
  • Clarity & Communication: Present ideas, reports, and strategies to clients with absolute professional clarity.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and solve them with an "owner’s mindset" rather than waiting for instructions.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services that genuinely add value to the client’s business.
  • Requirements & SkillsExperience: Minimum of 2 years in client servicing, account management, or a similar role (Agency experience preferred).
  • Communication: Non-negotiable command over written and spoken English. You must be able to articulate ideas persuasively.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter attitude. We value people who take initiative and treat the company’s goals as their own.
  • Cognitive Ability: Strong "clarity of thought"—the ability to distill complex information into simple, effective solutions.
  • Adaptability: A passion for learning new trends in experiential and B2B marketing.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business is preferred.
