Cloud Kitchen Manager/Supervisor

Role Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end kitchen operations, ensuring smooth order execution, quality control, team management, and high customer satisfaction across all delivery platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure timely order dispatch
• Manage peak-hour workflow and reduce order delays/errors
• Coordinate with aggregators (Zomato/Swiggy) and POS systems

Quality & SOP Compliance

• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet brand standards
• Enforce SOPs for food preparation, hygiene, and packaging
• Conduct regular quality checks and audits

Team Management

• Supervise kitchen staff, assign duties, and manage shifts
• Train new staff on SOPs, hygiene, and efficiency
• Handle staff discipline, attendance, and productivity

Inventory & Cost Control

• Monitor stock levels, reduce wastage, and control food costs
• Coordinate with purchase/vendors for timely procurement
• Maintain daily inventory records

Customer Experience

• Monitor customer feedback and ratings on delivery platforms
• Resolve complaints quickly and implement corrective actions
• Ensure order accuracy and proper packaging standards

Requirements:

• 2–5 years experience in cloud kitchen / QSR / multi-brand kitchens
• Strong understanding of delivery operations & POS systems (like Petpooja)
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environments
