Job Description

We are looking for talented individuals for Customer Success Specialists role who are passionate about making a big impact in customer success including physicians primarily based in UK.


Responsibilities:

Account Management:


  • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, including communication logs, payment arrangements, and amounts paid.
  • Review and update account statuses as per internal guidelines.

Customer Service:


  • Understand the problem of customers and handle escalations
  • Provide customer support to clients through Voice and Non-voice
  • Providing customer support via phone, email, and live chat
  • Accurate payment posting in the revenue cycle software provided by the client and generating the invoices
  • Ensures that all the request, queries and complaint of customer are responded in a timely and professional manner
  • Contact debtors to discuss overdue balances and offer payment solutions.
  • Handle 4060 inbound calls daily from current or prospective patients.
  • Update account notes accurately and adjust statuses in line with company procedures.
  • Research and resolve disputed balances in a timely manner.
  • Review accounts for potential closure and assist with report preparation.


Required skills & Competencies:


  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Prior experience in BPO, Banking, or Credit Card processes preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of international collections experience (U.S., U.K) is required.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in healthcare, Patient calling, soft collections)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Prior experience in customer service, account management, or a related field is preferable
  • A positive attitude, a customer-centric mindset, and problem-solving abilities
