Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Commis III to join our kitchen team in Faridabad. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in kitchen operations and food preparation, and be capable of supporting senior chefs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of ingredients and basic cooking tasks
• Follow instructions and recipes provided by senior chefs
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items
• Support mise en place and kitchen setup for service
• Work efficiently during busy hours and assist team members
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis III or similar role
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts
