Counter Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to join our jewelry showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers at the counter, showcasing products, and closing sales for gold, silver, and diamond jewelry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and warmth
• Present and explain features of gold, silver, and diamond jewelry pieces
• Provide accurate pricing based on weight, purity, making charges, and certifications
• Handle basic billing calculations with confidence and accuracy
• Ensure a smooth sales process from inquiry to closing
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of jewelry trends, pricing, and promotions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Maintain display counters and ensure merchandise is well presented

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math and calculation proficiency (weight x rate, making charges, discounts)
• Customer-oriented attitude with good negotiation and persuasion skills
• High level of integrity and trustworthiness
• Ability to work on weekends and festive seasons
