Credit Control Assistance

Requirements for credit control assistance .

Assist the Credit Control team in monitoring customer accounts and outstanding balances.

Follow up with clients/customers for pending payments via calls and emails.

Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and credit notes.

Support in preparing aging reports and MIS reports.

Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams to resolve payment-related queries.

Ensure timely collection of dues as per agreed credit terms.

Update payment status regularly in the system.

Assist in reconciliation of customer accounts.
