In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
• Proactively identify and address client concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
• Track and report on key client metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
