Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person professionally
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide product/service information to customers
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Meet customer service targets and KPIs
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred)
- Proven experience in customer service or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
