Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to manage and analyze sales and inventory data. The role involves deep analysis of item-wise and stockist-wise sales performance, inventory planning, product movement trends, and scheme-based sales growth to support business decisions and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze item-wise sales data across all products.
• Conduct stockist-wise sales analysis, including item-wise performance of every stockist.
• Identify fast-moving and slow-moving products and categories.
• Analyze highest-selling products of the company on monthly and quarterly basis.
• Track and evaluate month-wise sales schemes and measure sales growth with extra schemes.
• Perform state-wise analysis of top-selling products.
• Support brand building strategies through data-driven insights on schemes and sales growth.
• Categorize products into fast-moving and slow-moving categories for better planning.
• Maintain accurate inventory management data, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Monitor inventory shortages and coordinate with vendors for timely follow-up and replenishment.
• Prepare regular MIS reports and dashboards for management review.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
• Experience with inventory and sales data analysis
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work with multiple data sources and stockists
• Good coordination skills for vendor follow-ups
• Experience in pharma / FMCG industry is a plus
