Job Overview

We are seeking a responsible and patient-friendly Dental Assistant & Receptionist to support our dental clinic operations. The role involves assisting the dentist during treatments, managing patient communication, sterilization of instruments, and handling reception duties such as scheduling and patient records.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Communication & Reception Duties

• Welcome patients and provide necessary information about treatments/procedures.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Maintain patient records and update databases.
• Handle phone calls, inquiries, and billing support.

Dental Assistance

• Assist the dentist during dental procedures and treatments.
• Prepare and arrange dental instruments, materials, and equipment.
• Provide chair-side support to patients to ensure comfort.

Sterilization & Hygiene

• Sterilize dental instruments and maintain hygiene standards in the clinic.
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after procedures.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
