Digital Marketing Executive

The Account Manager will be the bridge between our clients and the operations team. You’ll handle multiple brand accounts, ensure deliverables are met on time, and identify growth opportunities for each client.

This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Design, Ads, and Marketplace teams) to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Develop strategies to improve client sales on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor account health, sales performance, and campaign results.
• Prepare monthly reports and conduct performance review meetings with clients.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across JT IT’s services.
• Handle escalations and ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain a strong understanding of marketplace policies, trends, and tools.
• ⚙️ Required Skills & Experience1–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or e-commerce operations.
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and digital marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to data and performance metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and project management tools.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or e-commerce service provider is preferred.
