E-commerce Operations Executive (India To South Korea Market)

Job Overview

We are looking for E-commerce Operations Executives to manage online sales operations for selling products from India to South Korea.

This role focuses on Korean online shopping platform management, including product uploads, order processing, and customer support.

This position is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, quick learners, and interested in cross-border e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Korean Shopping Platform Management

-Manage product listings on Korean online shopping platforms (Coupang, 11st, and own website)

-Upload product information including images, descriptions, prices, and stock details using google tranlation

-Update product data and manage listings regularly

2. Order & Purchase Management

-Monitor and process incoming orders from Korean platforms

-Coordinate purchase orders and order fulfillment

-Track order status, shipping, and delivery

3. Customer Service (CS) Support

-Handle customer inquiries related to orders, delivery, returns, and refunds

-Communicate with customers via platform messaging or email

-Escalate issues when necessary and ensure timely resolution

4. Data & Operation Support

Maintain basic order and sales records

Assist with daily operational reporting

Support smooth coordination between internal teams and partners

*Preferred Qualifications

-Experience in e-commerce operations or online marketplace management

-Familiarity with international or cross-border business

-Using google translation skill

-Excel skill
