### **Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Technician to join our machine manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting, with a focus on ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment. This role involves working with complex machinery, performing routine maintenance, and supporting the engineering team in the development and assembly of new machines.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Electrical Installation:** Assist in the installation of electrical systems and components in manufacturing machines as per engineering drawings and specifications.

- **Wiring & Assembly:** Perform wiring, cabling, and electrical assembly tasks for machine components and control panels.

- **Maintenance & Troubleshooting:** Conduct regular maintenance checks and perform troubleshooting to resolve electrical issues in machines, ensuring minimal downtime.

- **Testing & Calibration:** Test electrical systems, circuits, and components using appropriate tools and equipment to ensure they function correctly and meet quality standards.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.

- **Safety Compliance:** Ensure all electrical work is carried out following safety standards and company policies.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with engineers, mechanical technicians, and other team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.

- **Continuous Improvement:** Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine performance and reduce electrical-related downtime.

### **Skills & Qualifications:**

- **Educational Qualification:** ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

- **Technical Skills:** 

 - Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and circuit diagrams.

 - Proficiency in using electrical testing tools and equipment.

 - Basic understanding of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and automation systems is a plus.

- **Experience:** 0-3 years of experience in an electrical technician role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

- **Problem-Solving:** Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.

- **Communication:** Good verbal and written communication skills for effective teamwork .

- **Physical Ability:** Ability to lift and carry equipment, and work in confined spaces or heights as required.

- **Safety Awareness:** Strong commitment to following safety procedures and guidelines.
