Executive Assistant – Trainee (Finance & MIS)

Looking for a smart and detail-oriented fresher to assist in personal finance tracking, MIS reporting, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in tracking personal income, expenses, and investments

Support preparation of daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports

Work on MS Excel for data management and reporting

Coordinate with CA, banks, and internal teams

Maintain financial records and documentation

Follow up on pending tasks and reports

Key Skills

Good knowledge of MS Excel (basic to intermediate)

Basic understanding of accounting

Good communication & coordination skills

Eagerness to learn and attention to detail
