Executive (Legal)

osition – Assistant Manager – Legal

Location – Initially Chennai

Experience – Atleast 5 years post qualification

Education – Graduation in Law. BL, LLB

 

Key responsibilities

Drafting, review and negotiation of contracts Confidential, Joint Venture, Consortium, Service provider agreements, MSA and SLA’s

To review Invitation to bids (ITB), Request for Proposals (RFP) and advice business team on key risks

Handle litigation and Arbitration and respond to legal notices including NCL, Criminal and Civil matters. etc.

Interaction with internal teams and external legal counsels

 Co-ordination with Solicitors & Advocates

Soft skills

Knowledge of Contract, Labour and Alternate dispute resolution laws

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Aware of recent development in legal world

Good knowledge of MS office
