Job Description
Export Documentation Executive – Vamitech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Sector 27C, Faridabad
Working Days: Mon–Fri | Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000/month
Joining: Immediate or short notice preferred
Role Overview:
We are hiring a smart, detail-oriented person to manage international trade documentation and coordinate shipments for export-import operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare export documents: Invoice, Packing List, B/L, COO, etc.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and CHA
- Maintain Excel/Google Sheets for tracking, costs & reports
- Write clear business emails and follow up with clients/suppliers
- Day-to-day backend coordination to support live shipments
Candidate Requirements:
- B.Com / BBA / MBA – International Business / Supply Chain
- 6 months – 2 years experience in import/export docs preferred
- Excellent English writing & communication
- Good in Excel, email handling, coordination
- Smart freshers can also apply if confident with docs & English
