Job Description

The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth for Parahomes Design Private Limited in residential and commercial design projects.



  • Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Generate leads and convert them into projects
  • Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets
  • Coordinate with design and project teams
  • RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Experience in interior design, architecture, real estate, or construction preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
