Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Location: Faridabad

Reports to: Sales Manager / Business Head

About the Company We are a growing EV and industrial electronics solutions company associated with premium global brands. We provide high-quality electronic components and solutions to clients across EV, automotive, industrial, and electronics sectors. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our customer base and drive sales growth in the assigned territory.

Job Summary The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves regular field visits, understanding customer requirements, coordinating with internal technical teams, and ensuring timely closure of deals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Field Sales & Business Development

  • Visit prospective and existing customers to promote company products and solutions
  • Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, OEMs, and industrial clients
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups

3. Product Promotion & Market Expansion

  • Promote electronic components, EV-related products, and industrial solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and basic presentations at customer sites
  • Identify new markets and potential customers in the assigned territory
  • RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or any relevant discipline (preferred)
  • 1+ year of experience in field sales, preferably in electronics, EV, or industrial products
  • Basic understanding of electronic components or technical products is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
