Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Elevator / Lift Industry

Location: Faridabad and Noida

Experience:2–5 years (preferred in elevators, construction, or engineering sales)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive sales of elevator and lift solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients on-site, understanding project requirements, and closing deals within the assigned territory.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial segments
• Conduct field visits to builders, architects, contractors, and consultants
• Promote elevator/lift products, modernization, and maintenance services
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical solutions
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
• Coordinate with technical and installation teams for project execution
• Track market trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Proven experience in field sales (preferably in elevators, construction, or capital equipment)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Good understanding of technical products (lifts/elevators preferred)
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently
• Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
