Position Hiring For: Field Sales (3)– Executive / Assistant Manager (Male /Female)

Job Location: Gurgoan

Job Profile:

1.     Field Sales cold calls / prospectus / existing clients on daily basis, should able to build a healthy pipeline for conversion.

2.     Build relationships: Build strong and strategic relationships with existing and potential customers.

3.     Meet targets: Meet and exceed budgeted targets.

4.     Maintain customer satisfaction: Maintain close contact with all customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

5.     Communicate problems: Communicate customer problems to management.

6.     Promote services: Promote Company product and services.

7.     Negotiate contracts: Negotiate shipping contracts.

Job Requirement:

1.     0-3 Years Experience in courier and shipping industry.

2.     Have sales acumen and negotiation skills.

3.     Have good verbal commination skill in Hindi and English (Basic).

4.     Two-wheeler mandatory with valid driving licence.

5.     Candidate preferably residing in Gurgoan

Remuneration:

1.     Fixed Annual Package: INR 2.40 L – 3.60 L PA

2.     Performance Incentive: As per Company Incentive policy.

3.     Conveyance Allowance Reimbursement: As per Industry standard / Company policy.

4.     Mobile Reimbursement: As per Company policy.

 The key responsibilities include generating leads, visiting clients, and managing sales operations in the logistics sector, along with coordination and follow-ups. The role also offers attractive perks such as a petrol allowance to support field travel.
