Job Summary

Mobilse App Lab Limited is looking for a Field Support Engineer who is flexible and willing to handle all types of field and client-related work, including device support, client coordination, delivery of devices, and on-site assistance. The role requires visiting client locations and providing end-to-end support for biometric and IoT devices.

• Roles & Responsibilities
• Visit client sites for field support, delivery, installation, and service work.
• Deliver biometric / IoT devices to client locations when required.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and fix biometric machines and IoT devices.
• Handle any client-related work assigned by the company (support, coordination, follow-ups, etc.).
• Communicate with clients to understand issues and ensure proper resolution.
• Provide end-to-end support from delivery to final issue closure.
• Maintain records of deliveries, installations, and service visits.
• Coordinate with the internal team for technical or operational support.
• Ensure client satisfaction through timely and professional service.
• Skills & RequirementsBasic technical knowledge of electronics, biometric devices, or IoT systems.
• Willingness to do field work, delivery work, and multitasking as required.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently on-site.
• Ready to travel within assigned areas.
• Preferred Qualification _ 12th Pass/ ITI / Diploma / Graduate in any technical stream preferred.
• Experience in field service, delivery, or client support is an advantage.
