Job Description: Human Resources (HR) Professional

Responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, starting from recruitment and hiring to onboarding, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, attendance management, employee relations, and exit processes. The role ensures full compliance with labor laws while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture that supports overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and legal requirements.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
• Manage employee performance systems, appraisals, and career development initiatives.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and attendance management.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Address employee relations matters, resolve grievances, and support a healthy work environment.
• Drive employee engagement, training, and development programs to enhance productivity and retention.
• Support management with HR analytics, reporting, and strategic workforce planning.
