Job Description:The Spark Consulting is hiring HR Recruiters to manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI, Sales, and Corporate profiles. Candidates should be target-driven and comfortable with bulk hiring.

• Roles & Responsibilities:Sourcing candidates through job portals, calls, and references
• Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
• Coordinating interviews and follow-ups
• Achieving daily/weekly hiring targets
• Maintaining candidate data and reports
• Ensuring smooth joining and documentation
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
• Ability to work on targets
• Knowledge of job portals is a plus
