Job Description
- Key Responsibilities: Proactively contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Qualify leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Present and promote company products/services to potential clients.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs and objections.
- Track all sales activities in the company’s CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
- Collaborate with the field sales team and marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Provide feedback on customer trends, product performance, and competitive activity to sales leadership.
