Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive with a strong background in B2B and B2C sales. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in lead generation, sales pitching, and client relationship management. Your role will involve connecting with potential customers, explaining product features, converting leads into orders, and meeting monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls, handle inbound leads, and close sales efficiently.
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain and update CRM records for leads and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries and build long-term relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales pitching and lead conversion.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools and CRM software.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Inside Sales / B2B Sales.
