Interior Designer Trainer

Job Summary:

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Interior Design expert to lead and inspire our next generation of designers. You'll develop and deliver engaging training programs, transforming aspiring individuals into skilled professionals capable of creating functional, beautiful, and sustainable interior spaces, covering everything from conceptualization to project execution and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum & Training: Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and practical exercises for various skill levels (beginner to advanced).
• Design Fundamentals: Teach core concepts: space planning, color theory, material selection (FF&E), lighting design, ergonomics, and building codes.
• Technical Skills: Train proficiency in industry-standard software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit) and 2D/3D visualization.
• Project Lifecycle: Guide students through the entire design process: client consultation, concept development (mood boards), budgeting, project management, and final installation.
• Client & Business Skills: Instruct on effective client communication, presentation skills, negotiating fees, and ethical practices.
• Mentorship: Provide personalized feedback, support portfolio development, and offer career guidance.
• Industry Insight: Share emerging trends, sustainability practices, and real-world project insights.
• Assessment: Evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and presentations.
