International BPO Executive

Position: Phone Sales – International Market (Individual Contributor)

Location: Faridabad (Next to NHPC Metro Station)

Working Days: 5 days/week (Australia Shift 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM)

CTC Offered : Upto 9 LPA + Incentives + Conveyance Reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound international sales calls (primarily Australia market)
• Scripted and relationship-based selling
• Address customer concerns and promote upselling/cross-selling
• CRM maintenance and data accuracy
• Achievement of sales targets
• Team engagement and positive floor culture
• 
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in international outbound sales (UK/US/AU)
• Excellent communication skills in English with neutral accent
• Experience in working on dialers is preferred
• Target-driven, with a flair for conversation and persuasion
• Interest in wine products would be an added advantage
• Must reside within a 25 km radius of our office (Faridabad)
