About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales of our Software Solutions, including Production Automation Software, Custom Business Automation Tools, and CRM/HRM Platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and converting leads into long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manufacturing, industrial, and automation sectors.
• Promote ITSYBIZZ’s range of software solutions, including production automation systems, CRM, HRM, and custom software development.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to clients.
• Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to closure.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
