Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and online research.
- Engage with decision-makers in manufacturing, real estate, and service industries to promote ITSYBIZZ products.
- Present and demonstrate software solutions like Business Automation Suite, AI Voice Agent, and custom software development services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to create impactful proposals and demos.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of IT products, SaaS, or digital solutions.
- Ability to identify customer pain points and offer tailored software solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about technology.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes (preferred).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, or SaaS Sales are welcome.

Compensation
💼 CTC: ₹2.5 – ₹6 LPA (Fixed + Incentives)
💰 Incentives: Up to 30% of closed deals
