IT Sales Manager

We are looking for a result-driven IT Sales Manager responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients for custom software development, business automation solutions, CRM/ERP systems, and enterprise IT services. The candidate will lead the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and manage a high-performance sales team.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Business DevelopmentI

• Identify and generate new B2B leads in manufacturing, trading, service, and enterprise sectors
• Pitch custom software, automation, CRM, ERP & web solutions
• Conduct client meetings (online/offline)
• Prepare proposals, quotations & commercial negotiations
• Close high-value IT projects

2️⃣ Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop monthly & quarterly sales targets
• Design sales funnel & conversion strategy
• Track pipeline & revenue forecasting
• Coordinate with technical team for project estimation

3️⃣ Client Relationship Management

• Maintain strong client relationships
• Handle objections and negotiation
• Ensure smooth handover to project team
• Upsell & cross-sell IT services

4️⃣ Team Management

• Lead and mentor inside & field sales executives
• Monitor daily activity reports
• Conduct performance reviews
