We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team as laborers. The primary responsibilities of this role include packing, loading, and unloading goods in a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced setting.

7-day training period.

Responsibilities:

1. Packing: Prepare products for shipment by carefully packing them into boxes or containers according to specified guidelines.
2. Loading: Safely load goods onto trucks or other transportation vehicles using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts.
3. Unloading: Receive incoming shipments by unloading goods from trucks or containers and organizing them within the warehouse.
4. Quality Control: Inspect products for any damage or defects before packing or shipping them to ensure quality standards are met.
5. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
6. Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to complete tasks efficiently and contribute to a positive work environment.
7. Cleanliness: Keep work areas clean and organized to maintain a tidy warehouse space.

Requirements:

1. Physical stamina and strength to lift and move heavy objects repeatedly.
2. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
3. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
4. Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
5. Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.
6. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
