Job Title: Lead Generation Executive – Lift & Elevator IndustryJob OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Lead Generation Executive to identify and develop new business opportunities in the lift and elevator sector. The role involves targeting builders, architects, contractors, and commercial property owners to generate qualified leads for elevator installation, modernization, and maintenance services.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate leads from real estate developers, builders, architects, and construction companies
- Research upcoming residential and commercial projects for elevator installation opportunities
- Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and site visits to initiate contact with potential clients
- Build relationships with key decision-makers (project managers, procurement heads, etc.)
- Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team for closures
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Track competitors and market trends in the elevator industry
- Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns targeting construction and infrastructure sectors

- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (preferred)

- Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce CRM)
- Ability to understand technical specifications of lifts/elevators (basic level)
- Good networking and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
