Logistics Executive

1. Billing & Dispatch Operations

• Generate accurate B2B and B2C invoices using accounting software.
• Manage end-to-end dispatch operations by booking and tracking shipments on NimbusPost (B2B) and Shiprocket.
• Coordinate material dispatch to ensure timely delivery and resolve any courier-related escalations.

2. Financial Reconciliations & Accounting

• Amazon Management: Handle Amazon billing and perform thorough payment reconciliations.
• Reconciliations: Conduct regular Vendor, GST, and Bank reconciliations to ensure 100% data accuracy.
• Bookkeeping: Maintain daily general entries (Sales, Purchase, Journal) in the company’s books.

3. Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure inventory reflects accurately in Zoho/Tally and on e-commerce panels.
