Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.
• Explain real estate projects, offers, and benefits to clients.
• Generate and qualify leads for site visits and sales team.
• Follow up with interested customers regularly.
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.
