Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets specifically for Amazon (Primary) and Flipkart (Secondary).

Advertising & ROI (PPC): Manage Amazon Sponsored Ads and Flipkart PLA campaigns. Maintain ACOS within the target range (e.g., <20%) and optimize for a ROAS of [X.X].

Listing & SEO Management: Ensure 100% of the catalog is SEO-optimized with high-ranking keywords, backend search terms, and A+ content to maximize organic visibility.

Compliance & Catalog Health: Handle MSDS/SDS submissions for restricted products. Proactively monitor and resolve "Suppressed," "Inactive," or "At Risk" listings within 24 hours.

Listing Activation: Ensure all new and replenished products are "Live" and "Buyable" immediately upon stock arrival.

Platform Coordination: Liaise with Amazon Seller Support and Flipkart Helpdesk to resolve stranded inventory, pricing errors, and reimbursement claims.

Promotion Planning: Execute high-impact Lightning Deals, Coupons, and Prime Day/Big Billion Day events to improve Best Seller Rank (BSR).

Inventory Sync: Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure FBA/FBF shipments are created and dispatched on time to avoid "Out of Stock" penalties.
