Meta Ads Expert (Aesthetic Industry)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Expert with a strong background in the Aesthetic / Cosmetic / Wellness industry. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in running high-performance campaigns on Facebook & Instagram, with a proven track record of lead generation and ROI optimization for clinics or aesthetic brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns

Generate high-quality leads for aesthetic services (laser, skin, hair, body treatments, etc.)

Manage ad budgets and improve cost per lead (CPL)

Create and test ad creatives, copies, and audience targeting strategies

Track campaign performance and prepare weekly & monthly reports

Coordinate with clinic marketing and sales teams for better conversions

Stay updated with Meta Ads trends and policy changes

Required Skills & Expertise:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads

Mandatory experience in the Aesthetic / Cosmetic / Wellness industry

Strong understanding of lead funnels and clinic marketing

Ability to analyze data and scale profitable campaigns

Knowledge of retargeting, lookalike audiences, and pixel tracking

Excellent communication and reporting skills

Preferred Candidate:

Worked with aesthetic clinics, dermatology centers, or cosmetic brands
