Job Responsibilities

• Handling client communication via Email and WhatsApp

• Managing client WhatsApp groups

• Preparing MIS and sales reports

• Managing files of ITR, Balance Sheets and other documents

• Maintaining records and office data

• Basic handling of company social media

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Email

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Organized file and document management

• Basic understanding of financial documents preferred
