Job Description
Handle sales inquiries received via website, WhatsApp, email, social media, and online platforms
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
Generate leads and convert them into sales through online communication
Follow up with potential and existing customers regularly
Share quotations, proposals, and price sheets with clients
Maintain customer data and sales records
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams when required
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (English & Hindi; regional language is a plus)
Basic knowledge of online sales tools (WhatsApp, email, CRM, Google Sheets)
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
Basic computer and internet skills
