About the Role 

Mobilise App Lab Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive (Supply Chain Management) to support and streamline day-to-day supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, critical thinker, and effective multitasker who can work efficiently in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Coordinate and monitor end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, vendor coordination, and delivery tracking. 
• Manage multiple operational tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. 
• Ensure accurate documentation, data updates, and reporting across supply chain systems. 
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve operational issues. 
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks. 
• Support audits, compliance checks, and system/process documentation as required. 
• Proactively handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of supply chain bottlenecks. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Operations or Supply Chain Management. 
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. 
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently. 
• Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset. 
• Good listening skills with the ability to understand business requirements clearly. 
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic operational reporting tools is preferred. 
• Bachelor’s degree in BA, BCA, MCA, B.Tech, or a related field (mandatory).
