🎯 Role OverviewThe photographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos for pre-wedding and wedding shoots. The role requires creativity, speed, and the ability to deliver cinematic and emotionally engaging content aligned with Rare Production’s brand.

📸 Key Responsibilities1. Shoot Execution

• Handle pre-wedding and wedding shoots independently or in a team
• Capture cinematic photos and videos (couple shoots, candid moments, reels)
• Manage 4–8 shoots per day (depending on schedule)
• Work across multiple sets (farmhouse setups, outdoor locations, destination shoots)

2. Creative Direction

• Guide couples with poses, expressions, and movements
• Suggest creative ideas during shoots
• Ensure every shoot looks premium, even in budget packages

3. Equipment Handling

• Operate cameras like Sony A7 or equivalent
• Handle lenses, gimbal, lighting, and audio equipment
• Maintain and protect all gear properly

4. Team Coordination

• Coordinate with makeup artists, assistants, and editors
• Follow shoot schedules strictly
• Support sales team with quick sample shots if needed

5. Content Delivery Support

• Ensure proper data backup after every shoot
• Provide organized footage to editing team
• Maintain consistency in Rare Production style

• Knowledge of lighting, framing, and composition
• Experience in wedding/pre-wedding shoots preferred
• Ability to handle clients professionally
• Fast-paced working ability (high-volume shoots)
• Basic knowledge of editing tools (Adobe Lightroom/Premiere Pro is a plus)
• 💼 Experience1–3 years preferred (Freshers with strong portfolio can apply)
• ⏰ Working Structure6–8 working hours daily (based on bookings)
