Job Description
As a Platinum Banker, you will be the face of our bank, delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your primary focus will be on outbound calls, where you will engage with our household customers, offering personalized financial solutions and building long-lasting relationships. This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about customer service and has a keen interest in the banking industry.
Responsibilities
- Engage in outbound calls to existing household customers, offering tailored financial products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their financial needs are met.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Cross-sell and upsell bank products and services, including investments, insurance, and wealth management solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest banking products and services to offer relevant and timely advice to customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring data privacy and security.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your banking knowledge and sales skills.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the branch.
- Represent the bank's brand and values, ensuring a positive and professional image at all times.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant banking software.
- Knowledge of banking products and services, including loans, deposits, and investments.
- A self-starter with a proactive and positive attitude, willing to go the extra mile.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management.
