Required Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering

Required Experience: Min. 10 years in production management in a precision instruments manufacturing unit or packing machine manufacturing

Job Brief:

Looking for an experienced Production Head to manage the entire production floor, from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and delivery timelines. Preference will be given to candidates from packaging machine manufacturing units or testing instruments manufacturing units.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Ensure manpower allocation and optimal utilization of resources.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing tools for process improvement.
• Monitor machine utilization, downtime, and productivity.
• Coordinate with quality, purchase, and stores departments.
• Approve production-related documentation and reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety norms and 5S practices.
• Lead the team for achieving production targets and cost control.

Requirements and Skills:

• Project management skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Technical know-how of manufacturing processes, CNC, fabrication, welding, bending, laser cutting, assembly, and testing.
• Knowledge of ZOHO production modules.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good understanding of quality control procedures.
• Strong MS Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Can read, study technical drawings related to the machining, fabrication, assembly
