Job Description:

We are urgently hiring an experienced Production Manager for our plating unit specializing in Zinc Plating, Tin Plating, Copper Plating, and Nickel Plating. The candidate will be responsible for handling complete production operations and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day production activities in the plating unit
• Supervise zinc, tin, copper, and nickel plating processes
• Maintain quality control and process parameters
• Handle manpower planning and shift management
• Ensure proper chemical handling and bath maintenance
• Monitor production targets and reduce rejection rates
• Maintain safety and compliance standards

Mandatory Requirement:

👉 Candidate must have strong knowledge of chemical processes used in electroplating (bath composition, chemical balancing, troubleshooting, and process control).

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in electroplating industry
• Knowledge of plating chemicals and process control
• Ability to manage shop floor workers
• Basic documentation and reporting skills
