Job Title : Production Supervisor – CNC / VMC Manufacturing

Qualification : B.Tech / Diploma ( only Mechanical Trade )

Department: Mechanical / Production

Location : Sec-59 , Ballabgarh, Faridabad -121004

Reports To : Production Manager / Plant Head

Job Summary : The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations involving CNC and VMC machines. The role ensures production targets are achieved with high quality standards, minimum downtime, and maximum efficiency while maintaining safety and discipline on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

• :Supervise daily production activities of CNC / VMC machines.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
• Monitor machine performance, cycle time, and productivity.
• Allocate work to machine operators and ensure proper manpower utilization.
• Maintain production reports and shift records.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained as per drawing/specifications.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning departments.
• Identify and reduce production losses and machine downtime.
• Ensure proper tool management and machine maintenance.
• Maintain safety standards and 5S on the shop floor.
• Train new operators and guide team members.
• Handle production-related issues and take corrective actions.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years experience in CNC / VMC manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc / Siemens preferred).
• Understanding of technical drawings and GD&T.
• Knowledge of production planning and process control.
