Job Title: Quality Assistant – Paint & Chemical Lab Testing Technician

Location: Faridabad Sector 86

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Job Description:We are looking for a Quality Assistant / Lab Testing Technician with experience in paint and chemical testing to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting quality checks, maintaining lab standards, and ensuring product compliance with industry norms.

• Key Responsibilities:Perform testing of paints, coatings, and chemical samples as per standard procedures
• Conduct physical and chemical analysis (viscosity, pH, density, drying time, etc.)
• Maintain accurate records of test results and prepare reports
• Ensure all lab equipment is calibrated and functioning properly
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the laboratory
• Assist in quality control and inspection processes
• Coordinate with production and R&D teams for quality improvement
• Requirements:Diploma / B.Sc. in Chemistry or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in paint or chemical lab testing
• Knowledge of testing instruments and lab procedures
• Basic understanding of quality standards and safety practices
• Good attention to detail and documentation skills
• Preferred Skills:Experience in paint, coatings, or chemical manufacturing industry
• Familiarity with QC tools and testing methods
• Ability to work independently and in a team
