Job Description:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as Quality Manager. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of quality assurance, quality control analytics , quality Issues,quality audit

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the quality control processes and ensure all products meet required standards and specifications.
• Perform regular audits and inspections of production processes and systems.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation related to quality control, audits, and inspection reports.
• Lead the production team, ensuring efficiency and quality in the manufacturing process.
• Play an integral role in plant operations, assisting in problem-solving and process improvements.
• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operations to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery.
• Manage plant staff, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and operational guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Quality Control, Documentation, Audits, and Inspection in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in sheet metal and fabrication processes.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a QC role, with a total of 6-7 years of professional experience in the industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with teams across all levels.
