Job Description

helping clients buy, sell, or rent properties by generating leads, marketing listings, showing properties, and negotiating contracts. Key responsibilities include conducting market analysis, preparing legal documents, and advising clients on market conditions and finances. Requirements typically include a real estate license and strong sales and communication skills


Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Generate leads, provide guidance on market conditions and mortgages, and advise clients on making important decisions.
  • Property Marketing: Create and promote property listings through ads, open houses, and online platforms.
  • Property Showings: Schedule and conduct viewings of properties for potential buyers and renters.
  • Negotiation and Sales: Prepare and present offers, facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, and help clients navigate the closing process.
  • Documentation: Prepare and review purchase agreements, deeds, and other necessary legal and financial documents.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to determine competitive prices and provide clients with accurate property valuations. 

Requirements and skills

  • A valid real estate license and good standing with the local realtor board.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of local property, market trends, and real estate laws.
  • Ability to manage time, multitask, and work independently.
