Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and ensure smooth daily operations. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company and play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors, clients, and employees.

🧾 Key Responsibilities•

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; take accurate messages.

• Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

• Provide basic information and assistance to visitors and callers.

• Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate meeting room bookings.

• Maintain visitor logs and assist with access control as needed.

• Perform general administrative and clerical tasks (filing, data entry, copying).
