Position Title: Regional Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales

Professional to lead business growth in the manufacturing segment. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue through technical product solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong industry exposure, team-handling experience, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Basic Responsibilities

·      Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

·      Identify new business opportunities and manage existing client relationships.

·      Regularly visit customers and prospects to understand their needs and present suitable products.

·      Prepare and deliver technical presentations to showcase product capabilities.

·      Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and generate leads.

·      Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts in CRM.

 

Essential Requirements

·      Proven experience of 5-8 years in sales, preferably in lab testing instruments or similar industries.

·      Strong knowledge of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.

·      Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·      Ability to manage a team and drive them to achieve individual and collective sales goals.

·      Technical aptitude to understand and explain the applications of testing instruments.

·      Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

·      Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

 

Bonus Skills and Attributes

·      Prior experience working in the manufacturing or industrial equipment industry.

·      Established network within industries like packaging, automotive, or textiles.

·      Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory requirements for testing instruments.

·      Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and customer feedback.

·      Ability to design and implement strategic initiatives to expand market share.

·      Experience in conducting product training sessions for customers and internal teams.
